Free Trial and Plan FAQ
Does Musho have a free trial?
Yes! Musho has a 10-day free trial so you can try out all of our features.
Can I try different plans during my trial?
Yes! You can switch between Basic, Pro and Mega plans at any time during your trial. However, changing plans will end the trial and prompt you to pay for the new plan immediately.
Will I hit any limits during the trial?
Each plan has its own usage limits. If you need more generations during your free trial, you can choose to upgrade your trial plan at any time.
Do remixes count towards the usage limit?
Yes, each remix counts towards the generation usage limits. Check out our tips guide to get the most out of each generation and remix!
Plans Update FAQ
I had a Pro Plan before the tiered options were implemented. What happens to my plan?
If you already had a Musho Pro Plan, you've been automatically enrolled in the new Pro Plan tier subscription at the time of the update - with no new charges. At the end of your current billing cycle, you'll be charged the new Pro Plan price unless you choose to upgrade or downgrade.
Feature Updates for Pro Plan Subscription Tier:
Existing Pro Plan Monthly Subscribers:
At the time of the update, your generation count for the month reset to 0, and you have 50 generations to use for the remainder of your billing cycle. Once your original Pro Plan billing cycle ends, you'll be charged for the new Pro Plan monthly price ($29.99).
If you want to switch to quarterly or annual payment, upgrade, or downgrade your plan, you must edit your plan before the end of your original Pro Plan billing cycle or you will be automatically charged for the new Pro Plan monthly subscription.
Existing Pro Plan Annual Subscribers:
At the time of the update, your generation count for the month reset to 0, and you have 50 generations to use per month. Once your original Pro Plan annual billing cycle ends, you'll be charged for the new Pro Plan annual price, unless you upgrade or downgrade before the end of your billing cycle.
I currently have an active Pro Plan, but I canceled my subscription renewal. What happens to my plan at the time of the update?
If you chose to cancel your Pro Plan before or after the update, Musho will automatically downgrade you to the free plan at the end of your active cycle.
What if I'm on the free trial at the time of the update?
If you're on the free trial at the time of the update, we will update your free trial to the new Pro Plan before you are billed.
